Silent Buddhist Meditation Day: Sunday 29th April (10.30am-4.30pm)

A day of sitting and walking meditation. Please arrive before the doors close a 10.30am.

Participants are asked to commit to the full day (alternate 35 minute sittings with 10-minutes slow walking).

Individual instruction for beginners can be given on request.

Please bring vegetarian lunch to share*. Light refreshments will be provided.

Held at:
Golden Buddha Centre
The Grove, Victoria Street,Totnes TQ9 5EP

Start Time: 10.30am Approximate end time: 4.30 pm

*The lunch break will also be in silence and will be from 12.30pm to 2.00pm. Please bring vegetarian lunch to share (no meat or fish, please, in line with the ethos of the centre). Light refreshments will be provided.

Suggested donation: £5
