This class will be a mixture of teaching, discussion, short periods of practice and tea breaks that will give us the chance to meet each other.

This is the fourth in a series of Saturday classes (6th April, 4th May, 1st June, 6th July) which cover a mixture of teaching, discussion, periods of practice and tea breaks. The topics will cover the more general questions people have about Buddhism, reviewing some of the core teachings of the Theravada tradition, and covering those maps that can help one to navigate through the territory of the awakening process.

Participants may attend any or all of the talks.

Am I enlightened?
What a Buddha knows.
