Silent Morning Meditation Sittings: A Thursday morning session will take place from 7.15am-8.00am, with James Whelan on 28th July as usual. (Doors open at 7.00am and close at 7.14am so that the meditation can begin promptly at 7.15am.)
After that there will be a summer break.
Please note: As of Thursday the 4th August there will be a break from these early morning sessions until Thursday 8th September when they will resume.
These early morning sessions are aimed at those with some experience of Buddhist meditation who wish to sit in a silent group in a conducive atmosphere.
Participants are requested to commit to the full 45 minutes’ sitting before leaving at 8.00am.
Please enter and leave quietly.
To keep everyone safe, we are asking people to maintain a safe distance from other visitors. The wearing of masks, however, is optional for this session.
