    Thank you for this.
    It’s so funny how things come into your life at the right time.

    I was practicing Qi Gong and Pilates this morning and whilst Tilly the Zen Master Cat was wrapping herself around me, I realised how, in the last few days, instead of being annoyed at her, I incorporated a tummy tickle into each movement and the odd scratch.

    After all, annoyance achieves nothing but the attention to Tilly achieves a loving connection.
