The Essence of Buddhism in the Mahayana tradition with Diana St Ruth: Thursdays 2.00pm-3.30pm (except the first Thursday in the month)
Based on the contemplative skills of the Thai Forest tradition. Tuesday 7.00-9.00pm fortnightly.
The door will be closed at 7.10am so that the meditation can begin promptly at 7.15. Participants are requested to commit to the full 45 minutes’ sitting before leaving at 8am.
30 minutes sitting, 10 minutes slow walking, then 30 minutes sitting. Followed by tea and talking. (2.00pm-4.00pm)
