Dharma Read: As the outflows arise

In meditation, as the outflows arise, they need not disturb the mind’s inherent brightness. Awareness itself is untouched by their activity; it’s the thinking that momentarily dominates our attention. This distinction is crucial: we don’t need to fight or suppress these thoughts.
