Non-duality is not a state to be achieved
Non-duality is not a state to be achieved. It is not the opposite of duality. It is not the final answer. It is the dissolution of the question itself. When the mind no longer seeks to position itself in relation to reality—when it no longer needs to define itself as separate or unified—it rests naturally in the flow of experience. The bird sings; the wind rises; thoughts come and go. There is nothing to resolve because nothing was separate to begin with.
