The Bodhisattva’s compassion is not based on the self-other dichotomy but on the understanding that all beings share the same fundamental nature. When we see through the illusion of self, we no longer act out of self-interest but from a place of genuine care for the well-being of others. In this way, the Buddha’s presence is made manifest in the world through our thoughts, words, and deeds.
