This shift from experience to process is a mark of maturation in practice. It reflects the growing understanding that the path to awakening is not about reaching a particular state but about developing the capacity to live the moment with wisdom and compassion. The deeper our insights go, the more they reveal the interconnectedness of all beings, the impermanence of all things, and the absence of a separate, enduring self. And with this realisation comes the recognition that the greatest expression of insight is not in words, but in the way we live our lives.
