Dharma Read: The deepest truths are those that cannot be spoken, but only lived.

The Buddha’s focus on the process rather than the experience encourages us to trust in the practice, to continue on the path with diligence, knowing that insights will come and go, but the transformation of the heart is ongoing. And in this transformation, we find the realisation of the bodhisattva’s vow: to cultivate wisdom not for ourselves alone, but for the benefit of all beings.

We see the insights we encounter not as ends in themselves but as part of a greater awakening — a path that leads to the unfolding of compassion, wisdom, and liberation. And we, like the Buddha, tread this path with humility, trusting that the deepest truths are those that cannot be spoken, but only lived.
