A 40-minute film of Ajahn Sumedho giving a talk on The Four Noble Truths. Ajahn Sumedho is a Theravadan monk known for his wisdom and eloquence, and at the time of this film in January 2010 was the abbot of Amaravati Buddhist Monastery in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
The film, however, was made at a retreat centre in Pahang, Malaysia and coincidentally covers the symbolism of Buddha-forms (rupas).
Well worth seeing!
