He covers many topics, centring on meditation and the nature of thought.

7.00-9.00pm fortnightly classes (first and third Tuesday of the month). Start date: 5th March 2019
These classes are designed to assist learners with little or no prior knowledge of Sanskrit or Pali.
The Essence of Buddhism in the Mahayana tradition with Diana St Ruth: Thursdays 2.00pm-3.30pm (except the first Thursday in the month)
The door will be closed at 7.10am so that the meditation can begin promptly at 7.15. Participants are requested to commit to the full 45 minutes’ sitting before leaving at 8am.
